Job DescriptionAs Quality Manager / Architect you identify where quality engineering and test technology can help the customer and help them build practical solutions based on this. You do test management on project level, create and implement test plans. You are the interface between client and the test team and you have good communication and people management skills.Job Description - Grade SpecificYou are a Quality Manager or Architect who can work in various environments and have the ability to identify where digital assurance and technology can help the customer and help them build practical solutions based on this. You have demonstrable relevant work experience in different kinds of client projects for at least 3 years working in the role of e.g. Quality Lead. You do test management on project level, create and implement test plans. You are the interface between client and the test team and you have good communication and people management skills.

* Une première expérience réussie en tant que Test Manger
* Anglais professionnel (niveau B2) pour échanger et rédiger dans un contexte international
* Permis B obligatoire pour assurer les déplacements chez nos clients (2 à 3 fois par semaine)
* Aisance relationnelle et communicationnelle pour animer des réunions, expliquer les choix techniques et accompagner les équipes clients
* Adaptabilité et pédagogie pour ajuster votre discours selon vos interlocuteurs et transmettre les bonnes pratiques.
